Enroll or Change

If you are not participating in Whitman Community Electricity please use the secure online form below, or contact the supplier, Dynegy, at (866) 220-5696 to enroll in any of Whitman Community Electricity’s products. Once service has begun, your choice will be reflected on your following month’s electricity bill for the previous month’s service. Please note that based on your meter read date, it may take up to two billing cycles for your program enrollment to be processed.

If you are a new medium, large or industrial customer, or if you have previously opted out of the program, the supplier has the option to offer a market price. Market prices will be offered by the electricity supplier in writing or by phone, and you will not be enrolled in that product unless you affirmatively accept.
